Mindful investing does not mean avoiding risk. It means recognising these impulses before they control the decision.

What does this project actually do?
Am I buying because I understand it, or because the price is moving?
What evidence would cause me to change my mind?
How much could I lose without damaging my financial wellbeing?
Am I taking a measured position, or seeking a quick emotional reward?
Does the project create useful value for others?
Would I still want to own it if nobody on social media was talking about it?
